At Resilient Roots Coaching, I work with people who often feel stuck in the cycle of doing too much—those who stay busy to avoid their emotions, push past stress until the body starts sending distress signals, or turn to substances, food, or distractions to cope. I also support those who may be striving so hard to "do everything right" with healthy habits but still don’t feel better, because the true art of healing starts with slowing down.

Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s beneath the surface—those unprocessed feelings or habits that may be keeping you from thriving. We’ll explore ways to reconnect with your emotions, your body, and your deeper needs in a way that feels empowering and freeing, rather than overwhelming.

Our sessions might involve walking in nature, thoughtful conversations over the phone or Zoom, or practical tools to help you stress less, reconnect with yourself, and build resilience. Using a combination of life coaching, mindfulness, and health advice, I’ll guide you toward balance and sustainable change—helping you listen to your body, shift your mindset, and rediscover the joy of living fully in the present.

You don’t have to keep pushing, ignoring, or numbing. Healing is possible when you create space to truly nurture yourself.

A five-hour immersive coaching session, walking in nature,

Two follow-up Zoom or phone sessions to review progress and refine your plan

The Flexible Option – £200 per 2.5-hour session

For those who prefer to split their five-hour session into two shorter sessions, this option provides flexibility while still offering deep coaching.
