I’m Sarah Gardner, founder of Resilient Roots Coaching, and I help people reduce stress, nourish their bodies, and create lasting change.

Having healed my stress-related health challenges, I know how overwhelming it feels when life pulls you off balance. Through years of training, research, trial and error, and a deep connection with nature, I discovered how stress, gut health, and emotional well-being are deeply intertwined.

As a chef and gardener, I’ve seen first-hand how food, movement, and nature play a powerful role in healing. Now, I bring this wisdom to my coaching, helping you step away from stress, reconnect with yourself, and make meaningful shifts that last.
